We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user of MakeEA / VinaBot.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and Google account ID. When you use our bot-building service, we collect the strategy configurations you submit. We also collect standard server logs including IP addresses and browser type for security and debugging purposes.
We use your information to: • Provide and operate the MakeEA / VinaBot service • Send transactional emails (account verification, password resets) • Respond to support requests • Improve the quality of AI-generated Expert Advisors • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is stored on secured servers. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. Access tokens use JWT with time-limited expiry. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. We regularly review our security practices and update them as needed.
We use cookies to maintain your session (login state) and remember your language and theme preferences. These are functional cookies and do not track you across external websites. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may prevent some features from working correctly.

We integrate with the following third-party services: • Google OAuth (for sign-in) • MetaAPI (for MetaTrader account connections) Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for these integrations to function.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Generated EA files associated with your account are deleted when you delete your account or when you explicitly remove them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
